I have mild, unstable angina. I have been a binge-drinker for about 12 years. I have stopped drinking alcohol and I intend to take up a healthy diet, consume vitamins, pilates, mild cardio and meditation.
If I persist with these good habits will the angina improve on its own?
Anything You do positively, is going to be good, but don't be fooled into thinking that Your angina will disappear.
Usually , angina is caused from a narrowing of the heart arteries, but, I have a feeling that Your angina will possibly become more stable, making it easier to control Your angina symptoms. I am not a doctor and do not offer any medical advice.
I offer opinions based on My own experience with years of angina.
technically, every religion forbids alcohol consumption. One way or another, there has to be a damn good reason for that.
